Parking for Broadmoor Guests
Valet Parking: The overnight valet parking fee for hotel guests is $45 per night, which includes unlimited access to your vehicle via Guest Services. Valet parking is available at both the Main and West Hotel entrances.
Parking Garage: The overnight self-parking fee for hotel guests is $35 per night with full in-and-out privileges. The Broadmoor parking lot is located across from the main entrance at 11 Lake Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.

Shuttle Service
Mandatory Wedding Shuttle: For the safety of our guests, car access will not be available at the Cheyenne Lodge wedding venue, so a shuttle service will be provided for everyone’s arrival and departure.
Shuttle Departs at 4:30pm: The shuttle pickup will be located at The Broadmoor South Tower lot – shown in the map image here south of the main hotel entrance. Please plan to arrive by 4:15pm at the latest to ensure you are on time for pick up.
Access for Non-Broadmoor Guests: Our only shuttle pickup location will be at the Broadmoor hotel, so guests staying off-site will need to either park nearby in the Broadmoor Parking Garage or Uber to the shuttle pickup area in order to board.
Dress Code
Welcome Party, Sept 26
Semi-Formal Attire: For the invited wedding party and close family attending our welcome party the night before, please come in semi-formal attire. Suits, sport coats, and cocktail dresses are all welcome. Please avoid more casual wear like jeans or shorts.
Ceremony and Reception, Sept 27
Cocktail Attire: For our wedding day, we kindly ask that guests dress more formally. Suits and ties, long dresses, or elevated cocktail dresses are preferred. We also recommend bringing a layer for our outdoor ceremony.

For safety reasons, cars won’t be allowed at the Cheyenne Lodge wedding venue. Instead, our shuttle will pick guests up at The Broadmoor South Tower lot, located just south of the main hotel entrance. The shuttle will depart at 4:30pm on Saturday, September 27, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early.
The venue doors will be open upon arrival and the wedding will begin promptly at 5pm.

The ceremony will take place outside on the patio, with beautiful mountain views. The reception will be held inside the lodge hall, but the outdoor area will remain open throughout the evening. We’ll be covered rain or shine, but we recommend bringing a layer in case of chilly or windy conditions.
